FAQ's

How do I enroll into the service?

Your advisor will complete the initial enrollment package with you. Once we have received the initial enrollment package you and your advisor will decide if one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to complete the remaining forms needed to complete the enrollment process, or if we will send the forms to your advisor to complete with you. Either way is fine with us.

How do I pay for the service?

If your plan allows we will deduct the fees directly from your 401(k) / 403(b) account.  If your plan does not allow for a deduction of the fees, on a monthly basis we will withdraw our fee from your bank account, or debit/credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card (either debit or credit cards)
